Sofar in my game the Assassins Brotherhood hasn't started (don't know when it will start), just killed The Lizard and i've been playing without a hood assuming Ive already used that method to switch to a different bow than the one i had equipped while kiting the Phylakites. There are skills that allow you to equip two bows, and two melee weapons. Switching between the two is just pressing left or right on Dpad. I'm almost positive you cannot do that with Tools though. Personally i enabled it after getting the hidden blade from Aya. Ifit's anything like other Ubisoft games, you have to download a program to unpack the library files and then repack them with the mods from Nexus manually. To get a hood, the best way would be to go after the members of the cult, you get armor sets from defeating all cultists in a branch and I believe their is one cult branch that has armor focused more towards stealthy lightweight assassin armor with a hood on it rather than bulky mercenary armor. Dpad right is for healing. And the rations are to precious to make press and hold two different things for it. The could use hold up for hood and press up for the bird. But i want to map it actually, i use my torch more often then my Iremember one of the title put on the hood automatically when you go stealth or infiltrating enemy fort, then he put it down when running around.
